– All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of purchase.
– Orders placed during weekends or German public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
– You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Partner – We partner with DHL to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your orders.

– Each order includes a unique tracking number that will be sent to your email address.

Shipping Costs
– We are pleased to offer **FREE SHIPPING** on all orders within Germany.
– No minimum purchase amount is required to qualify for free shipping. 

Delivery Areas
– Currently, we only ship within Germany.
– We are working on expanding our shipping services to other European countries. Please check back for updates.

Delivery Times
– Once shipped, typical delivery time within Germany is 1-3 business days. – Delivery times may vary during peak seasons (such as holidays) or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking
– A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
– You can track your package using the DHL tracking system through their website or mobile app.

Shipping Restrictions
– Due to the nature of our products (candles), we take special care in packaging to ensure safe delivery.
– We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Address Requirements

– Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. – We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

– We will work with DHL to locate lost packages or process claims for damaged items.
– Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any damage within 24 hours of receipt.
